• Any skin irritation, allergic reaction, rash, or other physical reaction caused by wearing or handling our clothing products, including reactions to fabric dyes, chemicals, synthetic fibers, or finishing treatments.
• Any injury, harm, or damage resulting from improper use, washing, or care of the garments.
• Loss or damage to third-party property caused by a product purchased on our Website.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in the Website's operation.

Our products are sold "as is." While we work with reputable suppliers and conduct standard quality checks, we do not warrant that our clothing is free from all substances that may affect sensitive individuals. It is the customer's responsibility to review the material composition listed on each product and to wash garments before first use.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

4. Textile Allergens & Material Warning

Some individuals may have sensitivities or allergies to certain fabrics, dyes, elastic materials, or manufacturing residues commonly found in clothing. Big Bang Workshops:

• Discloses the fabric composition on every product page to the best of its ability.
• Recommends that customers with known sensitivities consult product materials before purchasing.
• Strongly advises washing all garments before wearing them for the first time.
• Does not accept liability for allergic reactions or sensitivities that arise from the use of our products, as individual reactions to textiles vary widely and cannot be predicted or controlled.

If you experience a severe reaction, please seek medical attention immediately and discontinue use of the product.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our Website, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• All information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, that cannot be verified, or where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events are outside our control and do not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping fees.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Big Bang Workshops is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

7. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before completing your order.

Return Window

We accept return requests made within 15 calendar days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
• Not from the categories listed under "Non-Returnable Items" below.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

*Conditional refunds for change of mind are issued as store credit only, not to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at impresiones246@outlook.com within the 15-day window with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 3 business days with instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
3. Ship the item securely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the purchase of our products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama, or to ACODECO for consumer-related matters.
